We help you identify which dietary and lifestyle factors may be triggering your symptoms. Research shows these factors can help manage symptoms by addressing inflammation, metabolism, and gut health.
In 47 states via Quest Diagnostics as well as NY and NJ via BioReference Laboratories. We are not able to facilitate lab testing in Rhode Island. Residents of RI will need an address in another state to participate.
No, Healthnix doesn't replace your doctor. Healthnix is for general wellness and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease but rather to complement and support other therapies.

By following the instructions and the appointment scheduling link in the "It's time to take your lab test" email from hello@healthnix.io that you've received from us after signing up. Dietitian support
Dietitians go through rigorous education and training. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist.
All Healthnix dietitians are Registered Dietitians (RD, RDN, LD or LDN) with expertise in functional nutrition.

Your Healthnix membership continues with full app access, with the exception of dietitian chat support. Keep logging symptoms and food to deepen your insights over time. The more you track, the clearer your patterns become. Your membership also includes discounted lab re-testing for deeper insights and discounted 1:1 dietitian consults for additional support.
Life circumstances change - labs, symptoms, preferences and goals all shift. Renewing your membership means repeating the full 12-week program with lab re-testing to see how your health has evolved, an updated personalized plan from your dietitian, and support with the following behavioral change. After the program, you retain full app access including symptom and food tracking, with the exception of dietitian chat support. Your insights deepen over time - the more you track, the clearer your patterns become.
